- Credit card particulars, with one night’s deposit, are required to make a reservation. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Travel’s Cheques & cash, in payment of your full stay
- Our cancellation policy is a full 14 days notice during peak season and holidays, and 7 days during low season. If cancellation does occur, your deposit will be refunded when the room is rebooked, minus a $25 administration fee.

Lunch to go - Starting at $14 per lunch: setting out to explore some of Vancouver Island’s natural wonders? Let us pack you a sumptuous picnic to enhance the experience! In Nanaimo on a working holiday? We would be happy to pack you a nutritious & delicious lunch to go! To suitably spoil you, 24 hours advance booking is required.
